Introducing Las Islas

It’s been an exciting year at Wildflower, with so much research and work done behind the scenes to bring you our new Summer Collection for the 2023 season: Las Islas. 

Las Islas is an ode to Mediterranean summers, wild landscapes, blue seas and warm nights. The soft linens, liquid botanical silks and luxe textures from this collection are consciously curated and handmade in Australia.

We were inspired by the natural and rugged beauty of places like Mallorca on the beautiful Mediterranean coast to consciously create a capsule wardrobe that put stunning materials like linen and botanical silks at the forefront.

We launched this collection with the timeless Palma Maxi dress - a strapless linen dress with an ultra-feminine leg split. Coming in two gorgeous colourways, this is the ultimate dress to take you from the beach to the bar looking effortlessly chic. Like Wildflower collections gone by (and many other pieces in the Las Islas collection), all of our linen is 100% Belgian Flax. It’s incredibly soft to the touch and has a very luxe texture. 

In the Las Islas collection, you’ll also find pieces like the Deia Linen Slip Dress, The Rosa Silk Slip Dress, and the beach must-haves: the Ombre and Shibori Sarongs and Kimonos. We are so excited to see these pieces come to life, and we’re even more excited to see you wearing them! 

We’re particularly excited to introduce the arrival of the Rosa Silk Slip Dress, which is made from vegan silk, produced entirely from rose petals. You can discover more about this special slip in a blog of its own. 

Our Wildflower ethics are as strong as ever in this collection, with each style having been designed and manufactured in Australia using only the best and most sustainable materials. We have created each item to be timeless and extremely high quality, so that they’re pieces of clothing in your wardrobe that you will return to year and year again. Las Islas is all small-batch production, in order to minimise excess waste and keep the pieces unique and exclusive.
