Terms and Conditions

For Returns, all items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place as per the return policy.


Any return postage or freight will be at your own cost if you choose to return your order for refund.


We recommend all returned items are sent via a reliable carrier service and are fully trackable as Wildflower do not accept any responsibility for returned parcels.We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items. Wildflower items are exclusive and small batch and make by local artisans, we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when using your store credit to exchange.


All Wildflower products are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. It is rare that we experience a quality issue, however if you find your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us so that we can arrange for an immediate replacement. If the item you choose is sold out, we will issue a full refund.
Please follow the care instructions on the label carefully as we cannot take responsibility for damaged items if the care instructions are not followed.
