Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your recent Wildflower purchase. If you decide that you need to return your order or partially return your order, we will offer 110% store credit for the items retuned or a 100% refund of the purchase price if the items are returned as per our returns policy.  

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with swing tags attached. In accordance with health regulations any items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or damaged will not be accepted as a return. If any freight cost is incurred to return an item that does not meet the return policy requirements, the additional freight costs will be at the expense of the customer.  Any return postage or freight will be at your own cost if you choose to return your order for refund. We recommend all returned items are sent via a reliable carrier service and are fully trackable as Wildflower do not accept any responsibility for returned parcels. We do not offer exchanges on items, should you require a replacement of a garment due to size or a change of mind we are happy to help to find the right item for you.
